A new technical sales role being created by a Midlands based metal finishing company, who have just invested 2m in state of the art plant to give them the most modern facilities available in the UK. They are part of a larger, international manufacturing group & their services include electro-plating, powder coating & painting, applied to a wide cross section of industries & components.

The Sales Executive / Business Development Manager will manage a number of existing Midlands based accounts, growing business & expanding the range of services offered. In addition you will be responsible for business development in all market sectors, identifying, targeting & managing potential new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Technical Sales & be accustomed to discussing projects with both engineers & commercial contacts. You will have some knowledge of metal finishing, gained through experience in a direct or related area which could include pressings, fabrications, components, electro-plating, powder coating, or even supply into the metal finishing industry such as chemicals. You will have a positive & professional approach, relishing the opportunity to operate autonomously.
