Internal Sales Executive -West Midlands

£20,000 plus

Progressive & expanding IT services & solutions company is seeking an Internal Sales Executive, to account manage some of their long standing customer accounts. There will be no cold calling, this role is focused on account development.

You will form a pivotal role within the sales team, managing all aspects of daily liaison with the customers, managing orders, ensuring products & services are supplied on time & to customer satisfaction, gaining customer feedback & building relationships to further enhance company profile.

We are seeking Internal Sales experience in a business to business environment, which could be IT related or otherwise. You should be comfortable taking responsibility, be an effective communicator & have excellent administration skills.
