An exciting Sales Manager position with this very well established & financially sound supplier of a comprehensive range of Safety Products, Work Wear & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). They have a solid & loyal customer base, & pride themselves on quality of service.
Sales are made into a wide cross section of industries including Industrial, Engineering / Manufacturing, Local Authorities, Construction, Maintenance, Contractors, Trades, Retail, Leisure & many more.
A dynamic Sales Manager is required to lead the Sales Team - Field Sales Representatives, Internal Sales & Trade Counter Sales, managing all aspects of business generation, retention & development. This is a lead from the front Sales role where you will personally manage key accounts, driving sales growth & profitability whilst continually developing & encouraging your sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales within this or a closely related sector & a natural, proven leadership style. You will be comfortable contributing to the strategy for sales growth and leading an experienced sales team. You will be able to demonstrate clear & decisive management skills and a desire to be part of a growing, profitable company.
Excellent remuneration package will be negotiable dependent on experience.
