Graduate Marketing Analyst

Our client a long established and successful business with a globally recognised name are a leader in the manufacture of safety critical components for the aerospace industry. The company are currently experiencing a period of sustained growth and have ambitious plans to continue this trend over into the future. As a result, an opportunity has been identified to grow the UK based Marketing team by recruiting a Marketing Analyst who will play a fundamental role in the company's growth strategy. The role of Marketing Analyst will be involved extensively with quantitative analysis, providing colleagues and senior management with concise, accurate and creative analysis of various issues that effect all aspects of the business. Key tasks will include:

1) Manage and monitor the Sales Lead Pipeline and price management systems

2) Maintain information records especially contact data for Electronic Direct Marketing

3) Develop and execute the sales and marketing data reporting plan - a new duty that will transform regular information reporting.

4) Desk research.

5) Market and customer analysis and reporting using MS Excel.

6) Complete ad-hoc analysis projects and reporting.

7) Manage and monitor the PR communications channel.

8) Assist with the planning and preparations of events e.g. Air Shows.

9) Maintain the consistency of company presentations and assist in the development of Powerpoint presentations.

We seek a dynamic individual who is seeking to build upon their first marketing role or perhaps an eager graduate looking to kick start their marketing career by joining a global brand within the exciting aerospace sector. It is likely you will be of graduate calibre with a qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar with a keen interest in statistics and or analysis and realise the fundamental role the collection and analysis of quantitative information plays in formulating business, marketing and sales strategy. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; be well organised, thorough and methodical, highly numerate and skilled in using Excel or a similar spreadsheet package and looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a B2B Marketing environment.
